Meanwhile Wow Coach engaged AI customer service tools to ensures efficient, fair and prompt resolution of any conflicts between coaches and users, fostering a positive and supportive coaching community.

I'm a forward-thinking professional, I have a passion for innovation. Graduating with dual degrees in Finance and Human Resource Management from the University of Sydney's Business School in 2012, I embarked on a fulfilling journey that eventually led me to call Singapore my home.

With over 12 years of experiences in Singapore's financial industry, I have garnered invaluable experience and insights.
